wonderful getaway!
evening dances music entertainment cooking class
i particularly appreciated the evening dances and music. wayan, the chef, clearly loves cooking and his class was awesome. dewi, the resort manager, checked in with me consistently to ensure i was happy and asked if they could improve my day. the swimming pools and the serenity are all wonderful features.
i noticed that some work was being done nearby, pungent haze in the room. it smelled strongly of glue or paint. the staff offered a move but the smell lasted for hours. compensation did not fully address the inconvenience suffered.

the resort is surrounded by a lush forest. i liked the setting with trees, feel like pools inside a forest. the serenity is perfect for a relaxing getaway away from daily life.

the staff always smiled and were willing to help under all circumstances. the buggy service. arya offered great assistance and advice as a butler.

the villa was so nice and was so great with its facilities and atmosphere. fresh, clean rooms showcased excellent housekeeping service. the accommodation provided a great level of comfort. the presidential suite was amazing.

there were problems. The TV did not work . Staff stated that there was nothing they could do due to FULL occupancy.
